Royal India is a Raleigh‘s popular Indian Restaurant, serving the Triangle area of North Carolina since 1990. In fact, we are the oldest Indian restaurant located in Raleigh that is still in operation. Since we opened our door, we have served thousands of patrons since then. Our restaurant has received wonderful reviews from patrons, as well as, food bloggers and critics.

Royal India offers authentic India veg, vegan, and non-veg cuisine. We prepare breads, and many entrees in tradition Indian Tandoor oven. Royal India is open throughout the year, offering lunch and dinner daily. We also offer takeout, delivery, and catering options.

COVID-19 Precautions

Royal India has been taking all precautions in the wake of COVID-19. We implemented many safety precautions in order to ensure your and our safety. Our staff wears masks and we require patrons to wear masks when they arrive at Royal India. Moreover, we require patrons to have temperature check via wall-mounted, contactless temperature device. Lastly, we seat each party in a social distant manner and offer multiple hand sanitizing stations.

Royal India had to discontinue lunch buffet in the wake of COVID-19 and replaced it with seven daily lunch specials.
