Dal makhani (“Buttery lentils”) is a restaurant based modern dish originating from the Moti Mahal restaurant in New Delhi. The primary ingredients are whole black lentils, red kidney beans, butter and cream. We also offer vegan options.
Dal makhani is a rich vegetarian dish that can be enjoyed as a main meal, included as part of a buffet, or as an accompaniment to a meal. It’s preparation involves a series of time-consuming procedures. The lentils need to be soaked a minimum of 5-6 hours for the best flavor.

Stuffed Eggplants are baby eggplants, slit & stuffed with a spicy stuffing made with onion, tomatoes & spices. They are then cooked in oil till they caramelize from outside and become pulpy from inside. This gives the eggplants a smoky flavor that is intense & hard not to love!
Baingan Bharta is a vegetarian dish that is prepared by mincing eggplant that has been grilled over charcoal or direct fire. This infuses the dish with a smoky flavor. It is then mixed with cooked tomato, onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, cilantro, chili pepper & mustard oil.
